ELEM Digital is an initiative by ELEM that identifies teens and young adults in distress online, providing professional therapeutic assistance and developing innovative methods to operate in these digital spaces. The program offers various support interfaces, including virtual counseling rooms for anonymous one-on-one chats, forums for peer advice and experience sharing, and 24/7 email support, all staffed by trained professionals. In 2022, ELEM Digital served 3,700 youth and young adults online, addressing issues such as severe isolation and difficulties in social connections. The program continues to expand its reach, adapting to the evolving needs of tech-dependent youth.
