מרכז משאבים, שהוקם בשנת 1981 על ידי פרופ’ מולי להד, הוא ארגון מוביל בישראל המתמקד בחיזוק חוסן אישי וקהילתי. הארגון פועל בעיקר בצפון הארץ ומציע שירותים כמו התערבויות ממוקדות טראומה, הכשרות להתמודדות עם מצבי חירום ותמיכה פסיכו-חברתית בזמן משברים. פעילות המרכז כוללת הקמת מרכזי חוסן, הכשרת צוותי חירום ומתן סיוע טיפולי במספר שפות
