Provides a clinical station for referrals from adolescents, parents, and educators dealing with dropout phenomena and its consequences. The organization works to establish collaborations with educational, welfare, and healthcare institutions and to promote a dialogue on the “pain of youth” shared by both adults and adolescents. Tefsen conducts training programs for professionals in psychology, education, and social work, alongside disseminating knowledge through workshops, seminars, and publications. Its activities are guided by a psychoanalytic orientation, focusing on issues unique to youth, such as addiction, violence, delinquency, and suicide, as well as broader cultural and social questions.
