Transition Point – Transition Apartments

The organization operates transitional housing for women and children leaving shelters, providing a rehabilitative framework near the shelter for up to one year. During this period, women live independently without paying rent, supported by the organization’s professional team, and receive assistance with employment integration, legal matters, and community reintegration. Children are provided with enrichment and support to ease their adaptation to educational and social environments.
