About

The resilience and support group project for factory workers in the Gaza border Kibbutzim aims to assist individuals affected by the trauma of the October 7th events. Regular meetings are held on-site within the factories to provide immediate and accessible support for employees, while also alleviating the burden on resilience centers and mental health professionals

פרויקט קבוצות תמיכה וחוסן לעובדי מפעלים בקיבוצי העוטף. נועד לסייע לאנשים שנחשפו לטראומה בעקבות אירועי ה-7 באוקטובר. המפגשים מתקיימים באופן קבוע בתוך המפעלים עצמם, במטרה לספק מענה מיידי ותומך לעובדים, תוך הפחתת העומס על מרכזי החוסן ואנשי המקצוע בתחום בריאות הנפש
