Nefesh Hofshit

The NGO offers a transformative 3-day retreat at the serene Kibbutz HaZore’a, located in northern Israel near Yokneam. In small, intimate groups of up to 15 participants, individuals can process trauma in a peaceful, natural environment through creative workshops, nourishing meals, and the support of a compassionate community. This retreat, designed for survivors of the Nova tragedy, provides a safe space focused on calm, safety, and healing. The program includes group circles, movement, music, and art, led by experienced therapists and community members. Over time, an alumni network has developed, offering monthly gatherings and ongoing support—all at no cost to participants.
