“שוברי גלים” הוא ארגון שיקום בריאות הנפש המתמקד בהחלמה באמצעות פעילויות חדשניות כגון גלישת גלים וספורט ימי. מטרתו היא להעצים אנשים המתמודדים עם אתגרים נפשיים לבנות ביטחון עצמי, חוסן ושליטה עצמית בסביבה תומכת ולא שיפוטית. הארגון משרת אנשים בכל הגילאים, ומספק תהליך מובנה לפיתוח כלים להתמודדות יומיומית, חיזוק החוסן הנפשי והפיזי ושיפור איכות החיים.
